“Reached out via email for a drop in WOD. Quick response fr Tiffani. Easy QR scan to pay fee. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Box was clean and well equipped Only myself and one other individual (who was new to CrossFit) for the class. This allowed Allison to give very specific 1:1 attention and assistance as needed. She was very knowledgeable about the movements and their modifications and encouraged us throughout the workout. I had a great time and would highly recommend!”
